MQM Coordination Committee asks KESC to end enmity with KKarachiites
The Coordination Committee demanded of President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Raja Ashraf Pervez, Sindh Governor Dr Ishrat-ul-Ebad and Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah, to withdraw the notification whereby National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has increased electricity tariff under the head of Fuel Adjustment Charges (FAC) by Rs1.60 paisa per unit.
In a hard-hitting statement issued on Friday, the Coordination Committee said that the KESC despite resorting to prolonged load-shedding has been issuing excessive billing to its consumers while the NEPRA has increased electricity tariff under the head of FAC by Rs1.60 per unit.
Lashing out at the power utility, the Coordination Committee said that “the prejudiced management of KESC must bring halt to its enmity with the Karachiites.”
The Committee also urged the people at the helm of affairs to direct KESC’s `prejudiced’ management to bring an end to its enmity with Karachiites by ensuring that the citizens might not suffer load-shedding during Sehr and Iftar, besides the trend of issuing excessive billing must stop.
Elaborating, the Coordination Committee said that although Karachi being the hub of economic activities had been contributing 70 per cent to the national exchequer, the KESC by resorting to prolonged load-shedding in the city has, on the one hand, badly crippled the business activities and, on the other, made the citizens lives miserable in the Holy month of Ramadan.
The Committee said that the KESC consumers despite paying regular electricity bills were being issued excessive and over and above their actual meter reading whereas the NEPRA by increasing electricity tariff under the head of FAC has been putting additional financial burden on the citizens.

Shadow Budget 2012-13, The News .... By Ali Murtaza
Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) presented a ‘shadow budget’ for the fiscal year 2012-13 on Sunday, 27th May 2012, ahead of the upcoming federal budget of Pakistan. This budget was presented by Deputy Convenor and Parliamentary Leader of MQM in the National Assembly, Dr. Farooq Sattar in a media briefing at a local hotel of Islamabad, which was well-attended by journalists, economists, financial advisors and parliamentarians of MQM. ‘Shadow Budget’ presented by MQM is actually the first-ever budget presented by any political party in the history of Pakistan.
Contrary to the term ‘Budget’, commonly known and intrigued by a common man in Pakistan, ‘Shadow Budget’ is the term that has never been heard or known to the general public. In most of the developed countries, it is a general practice that opposition parties propose a shadow budget, prior to the actual budget which is the responsibility of the incumbent government.
Muttahida Qaumi Movement, a coalition partner of the government and clearly not an opposition party, nevertheless made an effort in putting together a shadow budget that has set a commendable precedent for other political parties to follow.
By and large, it has been witnessed in Pakistan that political parties in opposition, instead of developing alternative policies and rigorously scrutinising the Government, often endeavour to criticise for the sake of criticism and seldom come up with any practical solutions.
It is a fact that every common Pakistani, especially young generation, is now fed up of listening to the hollow promises and empty rhetoric. At present, people are eager to see a change and without revamping the facade of politics, we can’t expect to win the trust of the people. Political parties must learn lessons from the past and develop result-oriented policies to save the country from political and economical turmoil.
MQM’s shadow budget is not a magical solution or a quick-fix approach for our economy. Proposed workable plans in this budget will certainly go a long way helping achieve economic goals, if implemented. Furthermore, this budget will provide an opportunity for the people of Pakistan to understand the underlying economic problems and it will also give a food for thought for the government.
MQM has claimed to cut down the budget deficit by 50% through its shadow budget proposals from Rs1.143 trillion to Rs575 billion and foreign debt is said to be reduced from Rs414 billion to Rs75 billion. It would definitely be a considerable achievement for Pakistan under current economic climate, if the budget deficit and foreign debts could be decreased.
In order to achieve aforementioned figures provided in the shadow budget, it has been proposed that Income from all sources, above the taxable limit should be taxed and sales tax rate should be reduced from 16% to 12 percent.
It has been envisaged that direct taxes will be augmented from 32 percent to 45 percent and indirect taxes will be decreased from 68 percent to 55 percent, along with powers to the federal government to collect agriculture income tax. It has also been proposed that Petroleum levy should be abolished, Federal government should reduce its expenditure by Rs90 billion after devolution of ministries and Public sector enterprises should be run through public-private partnership.
In a nut shell, major outcome from this shadow budget report is that it will challenge the Government to re-evaluate its current economic policy that has so far failed to stimulate the economy and prevent excessive inflation. Let’s hope that the Government will respond positively to all the suggestions included in the shadow budget and pursue a solid economic framework to steer our country out of recession.
We all know that economic stability is a key to a stronger, sovereign and prosperous Pakistan; therefore drastic and extra-ordinary steps must be taken by the Government to free us from the shackles of foreign debt dependency.
Maximum relief and ample growth opportunities should be provided to the common man, who is currently the worst sufferer of our ailing economy. Lastly, in order to address the economic crisis, it is recommended that the Government should consider forming an Economic Recovery Advisory Committee, comprised of economic experts and representatives of all political parties, which would work independently and look at ways of getting the economy back on track. We all hope that we will get there in the end, one day.

There is no difference between the old and new Sindhis: Altaf Hussain
Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) has said that Sindh does not belong to any one group. He said that the Sindh belongs to everyone whose life and death are tied to this province. It belongs to all those who are born here and who are buried here when they die. They earn their livelihood here and spend here whatever they earn. The permanent residents of Sindh have to co-exist by accommodating each other and accepting each other’s rights.
Mr Hussain said this while talking to the visiting PPP delegation at the MQM Head Office Nine Zero. He welcomed Mr Amin Faheem, Mr Khursheed Shah, Mr Naveed Qamar and Mr Maula Bux Chandio on Nine Zero.
Talking to the PPP leaders Mr Hussain said that we were all residents of Sindh. Some were old Sindhis and some were new. He said that everyone would become old with the passage of time. He said that the land of Sindh had opened its arms to everyone. There should be no distinction between the old and the new Sindhis. Everyone had equal rights on Sindh.
Mr Hussain said that the differences would have to be removed, and issues should be resolved peacefully through understanding and dialogues. He said that it was not in the interest of anyone to fight. Sindh would suffer, and its people would suffer.
Mr Hussain hailed the arrival of the PPP delegation at Nine Zero and the efforts being made by President Asif Zardari for bringing peace and harmony in Sindh. He said that these positive efforts must continue.
Mr Hussain assured the PPP leaders that the MQM had always made practical efforts for the rights of Sindh. He said that he was ready to offer any sacrifice for the rights of Sindh and for maintaining the atmosphere of solidarity.
The PPP leaders agreed with the views of Mr Hussain and gave assurance that they would continue to work for bringing peace, harmony and order in the province.

MQM CONDEMNS VIOLENCE, ARSON AND BLOODSHED IN KARACHI ON THE PRETEXT OF A RALLY
KARACHI WAS PLUNGED INTO VIOLENCE AND LAWLESSNESS UNDER A PLANNED CONSPSIRACY
POLICE, RANGERS AND OTHER LAW-ENFORCING AGENCIES FAILED TO TAKE EFFECTIVE ACTION AGAINST TERRORISTS.
Co-ordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) has strongly condemned the killing of innocent people, including women and children, by the firing of armed terrorist on the pretext of a rally in Karachi. The committee also condemned the torching of vehicles and setting on fire shops and markets in various areas.
The committee said that the rejected elements that had taken out the rally in Karachi had planned the firing beforehand which was used as a pretext for violence and arson. Rockets were in fired in Boltan Market, Denso Hall, Pan Mandi, Jodia Bazar, Kharadar and other adjoining areas. Indiscriminate firing was done on the pedestrian and passer-byes and vehicles parked in market areas, and before shopping centres were set ablaze.
Public property was damaged and police stations were attacked with rockets, hand grenades, and other sophisticated and lethal weapons. Innocent people, including women and children received bullet injuries and died because of the intense firing of armed assailants. The elements involved in today’s violence and arson were the same that had taken on the police with heavy weapons sometimes ago.
The way Karachi was forced into violence and bloodshed on the pretext of the rally has demonstrated that the rally taken out by the rejected elements was the part of a planned conspiracy to create bloodshed and law and order situation in the city. It was not for expressing love for Sindh.
The Co-ordination Committee regretted that effective action was not taken by police, rangers and other law-enforcing agencies against the terrorists who went on a shooting spree and soaked the city in the blood of innocent people.
The Co-ordination Committee extended sympathies to the bereaved families who lost their loved-ones in the violence and bloodshed and prayed for the eternal peace of the deceased.
The Co-ordination Committee demanded of President Asif Zardari, Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik, Governor Sindh Dr Ishrat-ul-Ebad, and Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah to take serious notice of the unrestrained violence and mayhem in Karachi on the pretext of a rally and bring the elements responsible for the loss on innocent lives to book. The committee also called for effective steps for protecting the life and property of the people.
The Co-ordination Committee appealed to the general public to restrain their emotions in spite of the terrorist acts and maintain peace and order at every cost.

MQM WAS SUBJECTED TO THE WORST FORM OF PREJUDICE, FLAGRANT PREJUDICE WILL GIVE RISE TO DIFFERENT SLOGANS IN THE COUNTRY: ALTAF HUSSAIN
Mr Hussain said that national awards are given each year to the people who have shown outstanding performance in their fields of work but regretted that the MQM representatives were prejudiced against and ignored.
Mr Hussain said that former City Nazim of Karachi was included in the list of three best mayors in the world by a board comprising highly qualified people, but it was the height of prejudice that no reception, lunch or dinner was given in his honour by the government for bringing glory and fame to Pakistan.
Mr Hussain regretted that the people preparing the list of names for awarding the national awards could not see the face of Mustafa Kamal because their eyes are blindfolded with prejudice.
Mr Hussain complimented the impartial anchor persons who had taken interviews of Mustafa Kamal and praised him for his efforts. He added that most of the media houses chose not to honour Mustafa Kamal for his achievements.
Mr Hussain said that Mustafa Kamal was praised for his development works by the Chief Justice of Pakistan and other honourable judges of the Supreme Court, but most of the writers could not come up with even a few words of praise for him.
Mr Hussain said that Governor Ishrat-ul-Ebad was the longest serving governor in the country, and everyone was happy with his performance but Governor Ebad was also deprived of national honours.
Mr Hussain said that the MQM had a majority in the Sindh Assembly in 1997, but the office of the chief minister was denied to the MQM on pretext or another. He asked if this was not a flagrant act of prejudice and discrimination.
Mr Hussain said that if the prejudicial treatment continues unabated and with undiminished intensity, then what could possibly happen in the country other than slogans of different types being raised by the people.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN NEW SINDHIS AND OLD SINDHIS SHOULD BE REMOVED: ALTAF HUSSAIN
Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has asked the intellectuals, journalists and writers of the province of Sindh to work removing the differences and divisions between the New Sindhis and Old Sindhis. He declared that if Pakistan was to become prosperous and strong, the legitimate rights of the Sindh province would have to be granted.
Mr Hussain was addressing a mammoth gathering in Al-Mustafa Ground Hyderabad on the occasion of the 28th Foundation Day of the MQM. There was a sea of people at the venue of the jalsa. People were even standing on the roofs of the building adjacent to the ground and waving the MQM flags.
A significant importance of the programme was the large number of women. Mr Hussain particularly praised the women for coming out to attend the jalsa in such an enormous number. He also appealed to the women in the Punjab to make the upcoming women jalsa in the Punjab equally successful.
Mr Hussain asked the people of Pakistan to make a firm resolve that they would not vote for any feudal lord, chieftain or “filthy rich” persons who had amassed huge wealth through sleaze and corruption.
Mr Hussain said that he was living in exile for over 20 years because of his refusal to take money from government agencies and sell his conscience. He said that he had sent able and educated people from the poor and middle classed in the assemblies and brought them on the equal footing with the feudal lords.
Mr Hussain said that he was the only leader in the country who did not take money. Ex-ISI officials Brigadier (retired) Imtiaz, Colonel (retired) Akbar and Younus Habib had said that Altaf Hussain was the only leader in the country who had turned down huge amount of money as bribes.
Mr Hussain said that the medieval feudal system had been scrapped throughout the world, but unfortunately, it was in vogue in Pakistan. The MQM wants to liberate the poor peasants and farmers from the oppressive subjugation of the feudal lords and chieftains that looked upon poor people as their slaves. The feudalistic system had weakened the entire society, and the body politic of the country had become the fiefdom of a few “filthy rich” families.
Mr Hussain said that the present-day Pakistan did not belong to the common Pakistanis. The MQM would build a Pakistan of the poor and middle classes people in the true sense of the words.
Mr Hussain stressed upon the parliamentarians to work for giving the status of industrial labour to the peasants and farmers in the country.
Mr Hussain said that the MQM was neither socialist nor communist. The MQM was not against private industries, but it was opposed to uncontrolled capitalism.
Mr Hussain said that the MQM was the only political party that had raised the issue of extortion mafia operating in Karachi. No other political party worth the name had cared to raise this issue that was plaguing the business community in Karachi.
Mr Hussain appealed to President Asif Zardari to rid the people of Karachi was the extortion mafia and the street crimes. He said that the citizens were being looted in broad daylight. He called for stern action against the criminals and said that no leniency should be shown to anyone.
Mr Hussain also congratulated President Zardari on addressing the joint sitting of the parliament for the fifth consecutive time.
Mr Hussain particularly appealed to the people of Sindh not to be misled by the so-called nationalist elements in Sindh. He exhorted them to join the MQM as it wanted to emancipate poor people from the oppression and injustices of the feudal lords.
Mr Hussain said that the MQM was the only political party in the country that was against the spread of sectarianism. The MQM wanted to diffuse sectarian harmony. He said that it was because of the earnest desire of the MQM to promote interfaith harmony that people from different religious backgrounds were joining the MQM in large numbers.
Mr Hussain said that if the MQM came into power, the Christian, Hindus, Sikhs and followers of all other faiths would have equal rights. There would be no minorities in the country as everyone would become equal citizens of Pakistan.
Mr Hussain said that the Last Sermon of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) was the immortal charter of equality. The rich and the poor, the slave and the master, and the white and the black were equal before Allah.
Problems in Hyderabad
Mr Hussain particularly spoke about the problems being faced by the people of Hyderabad and stressed upon the government to take steps on an emergency basis to give relief to the people.
Mr Hussain said that there was no university in Hyderabad. Governor Sindh Dr Ishrat-ul-Ebad had announced the establishing of a university in the city, but the Sindh Assembly had not passed the bill. There was big zeal and fervour among the women when Mr Hussain called. They raised loud slogans to express their emotions and sentiments. MQM urges SC to take suo motu notice over Senator Bilour's comments
Text of the Press Conference
Respected Journalists
We are thankful to you for your arrival. We have troubled you today to inform you about the position of the MQM on an issue that relates to the causes behind deteriorating circumstances in Sindh and particularly Karachi. The family members of the people martyred in Karachi by the bloodthirsty killers are also present in this press conference.
Before we proceed further, we would like you to hear the highly provocative statement of the central leader of Awami National Party (ANP) Senator Ilyas Bilour that he made yesterday the 9th February in the programme “Pakistan Tonight with Fahad Hussain” on the ATY TV channel.
Respected Journalists
You have heard for yourself how the ANP leader Ilyas Bilour has said in a brazen manner that it was the ANP that reined in the MQM in Karachi and not any Sindhi feudal lord. You know it very well that when the nose string (nakail) is passed through the nose of someone, he is first made powerless by tying his hands and foot. The statement made by the ANP leader Ilyas Bilour makes it very clear that they made the entire MQM helpless by killing their people without any fear, shedding their blood with impunity and cutting them to pieces.
Respected Journalists
The outpouring of the ANP leader Ilyas Bilour regarding the MQM is an open admission of guilt that the continuous bloodshed in Karachi was done by the ANP. The ANP leaders instead of showing remorse on the killing of innocent workers and sympathisers of the MQM are showing their jubilation and presenting this as a feat in support of someone’s candidacy for the Senate.
Now that Senator Ilyas Bilour has accepted the responsibility for the bloodshed of the MQM workers and sympathizers which is a matter of record now, we appeal to the Chief Justice of Pakistan Mr Justice Iftakhar Muhammad Chaudhry to take urgent notice of the issue in the light of the statement made by Senator Ilyas Bilour. Those, whose hands are smeared with the blood of innocent people, should be made to answer for their crimes and punished according to law.
Respected Journalists
Senator Ilyas Bilour has not only accepted the responsibility of killing the innocent workers and sympathizers of the MQM, but rubbed salt in the wounds of the people by his provocative statement. The family members of the people martyred in Karachi appeal to the Chief Justice of Pakistan through this press conference to give them justice and bringing to book the killers of their loved-ones.
Senator Ilyas Bilour has openly admitted the reality that the ANP is directly involved in the killing of the MQM workers and sympathizers in Karachi, and it is the ANP that is responsible for destroying the environment of peace in Karachi by bloodshed and terrorism. The fact of the matter is that the ANP government has failed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa because of their misdeeds and corruption. It is now fanning the hatred, violence and bloodshed in Karachi and sacrificing the peaceful Pakhtun people living in Karachi at the altar of its hideous politics.
Respected Journalists
We have been making practical efforts for the promotion of peace and brotherly relations among various linguistic and ethnic entities living in Karachi. It is now very much before you as to who is trying to spread hatred by making inflammatory statements and rubbing slat in the wounds of the people.
Respected Journalists
We appeal to all the democratic political parties that believe in the dignity of mankind to take notice of the statement of Senator Ilyas Bilour and condemn it.

He made this announcement. Mr Hussain said that women have played a brave role in the struggle of the MQM since 1978. MQM announced membership campaign all over the country for brining a real change in the country, people should join MQM, Anis Qaimkhani
TEXT OF PRESS CONFERENCE
First of all we are thankful to you for coming to attend this Press Conference.
You are well aware that every type of high-handed tactic was used in the past against Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) that has had its origin in the poor and middle class segment of the society. Conspiracies were hatched to keep the deprived disadvantaged people of the country away from the MQM, and persistent negative propaganda was done for this purpose. Although the exploitative forces did not desist from any type of persecution and cruelty, the MQM has not only spread in the cities, towns and villages of Sindh but also its message is getting wide acceptance in the Punjab, Baluchistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Northern Areas, Azad Kashmir and the Tribal Areas. This became possible because of the enlightened and progressive leadership of Mr. Altaf Hussain, immortal sacrifices of our martyrs and the untiring struggle of our determined workers. People across the country are now uniting on the MQM platform under the galvanizing leadership of Mr. Altaf Hussain.
Public, by and large, has come to the conclusion after testing all other political parties that the MQM is the only political party in the country that truly represents the poor and the middle class people of the country and there are no feudal lords, chieftains and big-business persons in the MQM. There is no dynastic political culture in the MQM, and it is not known by any particular family either. The MQM has sent clean, honest and capable people from the poor and middle class to the assemblies instead of big names from the rich privileged class. It is because of this that the popularity of the MQM is increasing continuously and people from a varied social spectrum and different spheres of lives are joining the MQM after being inspired by the political philosophy of Mr Altaf Hussain.
We believe that it is these clean people who can bring a real change in the country. Although every party in the country is raising the slogan of a revolution, but it is a fact that the people who have been tested time and again cannot change the system and transform the fate of the people.
Respected Journalists
Now that people from the length and breadth of the country are contacting us for joining the MQM, we have decided to start a membership campaign. We feel great pleasure in announcing that the MQM will start its membership campaign in every part of the country since 9th February 2012. Camps will be set up for this purpose throughout the country where elected representatives, office-bearers and workers of the MQM will be present to facilitate the people and inform them about the political philosophy and ideology of Mr Altaf Hussain.
We appeal to the members of the public to strengthen hands of Mr Altaf Hussain for bringing a real change in the country. We ask them to rise to the occasion and play their role for the rights of the poor and middle class people of the country.

SITUATION IN KARACHI IS BEING DESTABLIZED UNDER ASITUATION IN KARACHI IS BEING DESTABLIZED UNDER A PLANNED CONSPIRACY: ALTAF HUSSAIN
Addressing a meeting of the Co-ordination Committee of the MQM at Nine Zero on telephone, Mr Hussain said that he had been forewarning the nation about these threats over the past many years that Karachi was being handed over to the terrorists under a deep conspiracy. He regretted that he was not taken seriously, and his warnings were ridiculed and the government and the administration did not pay attention to what he had said. They laughed at him and misled the nation.
Mr Hussain said that the entire city of Karachi was in the grip of the armed terrorists, and the citizens were at their mercy. He said that the situation in Karachi was being subverted under a planned conspiracy.
Mr Hussain said that, on the one hand, sectarian strife was being fuelled in which innocent people were dying while on the other hand, banks, business centres and shops were being attacked. Today, a doctor had fallen victim to the firing by armed people Malir while the offices of a mobile company were attacked in broad daylight in Nazimabad, and innocent people were targeted.
Mr Hussain said that the incidents of terrorism were occurring in the city continually and the government and the administration were not being able to provide adequate security to the life and property of the citizens. He said that there was no other option left for the citizens but to think and prepare themselves for self-protection. If this was not done the terrorists would become emboldened, and more people would fall prey to violence.
Mr Hussain appealed to the business persons, shopkeepers, traders and the citizens, by and large, to come forward for protecting their streets, shops, and business places for the attacks of the terrorists. Instead of relying solely on the police and the administration the people must take steps on the self-help basis. Vigilance committees should be formed, and a system should be devised for keep a watch in the locality. Alarms should also be installed in order to warn the people.
Mr Hussain offered his condolences to the bereaved family members who had lost their loved-ones in the continuing wave of terrorism in the city.

MESSAGE OF PEACE, LOVE AND BROTHERHOOD SHOULD BE GIVEN IN RABIUL AWAL: ALTAF HUSSAIN
Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has said that the message of peace, love and brotherhood should be preached during the holy month of Rabiul Awal. He said that the MQM has been making practical efforts for the religious harmony and unity among the Muslims. He was addressing a large gathering of Ulema belonging to different schools of thought in the Lal Qila Ground Azizabad in connection with the holy month of Rabiul Awal.
Deputy Convener of the Co-ordination Committee Anis Ahmed Qaimkhani and other members besides office-bearers of different wings of the MQM were also present on the occasion.
Mr Hussain said that Islam is the religion of peace and security but there were certain callous and hard-hearted people who were propagating hatred from the pulpit of mosques.
Mr Hussain said that conspiracies were being hatched to ignite Shia-Sunni sectarian strife in which lives of innocent people were being lost. He said that this was being done to undermine the environment of peace and unity for which the MQM had worked so hard.
Mr Hussain said that whether the murdered person belonged to a Shia family or a Sunni family, the grief of the mourning families was alike. He said that it was time that the people boldly denounced the preachers of hate and spoke clearly that such elements had nothing to do with Islam. He said that the elements conspiring to kill innocent people were, in fact, munafiqeen wanting to undermine the unity among Muslims by setting them against each other.
Mr Hussain condemned the murders of doctors, lawyers and Ulema of different schools of thought and said that it was being done to create Shia-Sunni tension in the city. Citing the killing Dr Mohsin Jafri, who was the trustee of an Imam Bargah and Taseer Abbas, he said that such senseless killing should be condemned by Shia and Sunni Ulema alike.
Mr Hussain asserted that targeting and killing innocent people on the basis of sectarian differences was barbaric and such persons did not deserve any leniency. He said that the government must provide adequate security to the people and bring the killers to justice.
Mr Hussain said that the Holy Quran clearly says that there is no compulsion in the matter of religion yet some elements always want to force their version of Islam on others. He said that there was no room for jabr (compulsion) in Islam. He said that the MQM had always been working for a society based on the social justice and freedom where everyone was free to follow his religion without any fear.
Mr Hussain asked the Ulema to educate the younger generation about the life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and the traits of his noble character in simple language.
Ulema present on the occasion included Maulana Tanvirul Haque Thanvi, Allama Akram Hussain Tirmizi, Allama Azhar Hussain Naqvi, Allama Ameer Abdullah Farooqi, Maulana Murtaza Rehman, Allama Abbas Kumaili, Maulana Hafiz Qadir, Maulana Saeed Qamar Qasmi, Allama Waqar Hassan Taqvi, Maulana Faisal Aziz, Mufti Abdul Aleem Qadri, Mirza Yousuf Hussain, Molana Asad Thanvi and many others.
